clip_image001Rewave is essentially a design using Reverse Osmosis for desalinating the sea water. More for private consumption in coastal regions where fresh water is scarce or at-sea disaster situations, the Rewave is quite self-sufficient. It floats in water and harnesses the energy from the waves to power itself. Since a great amount of pressure is required for RO, the aperture has been placed at the bottom of body, allowing the seawater to get through to the motor area. After desalinating, the fresh water accumulates at the top and comes out via a pipe.
The only caution needed to be taken with Rewave is that the filters get worn out and need to be changed frequently. When the filters discolor, you know it’s time to change them! Bright side, the filters are made from recycled materials.

Helen is Gorgeous and who am I to dispute that! Whoever said women are jealous of each other and can never praise each other’s beauty…..ermmm was right! The only reason why I praise Gorgeous Helen is coz she’s not an actual person, but a set of lampshades for your wine glasses. Wicked me! Anyway, this creative piece of parchment shade comes in 3 different styles: illuminating imprints of pleats, pearls and fringes. Light up some candles in the glasses and team them with these shades to make an impression!

Designed by Munich-based designer Flo Viererbl, this elegant, organic-shaped feeder provides a lovely meal time hang-out for snacking birds as well as a modern classic touch to your garden decor.

The beautiful Cantina feeder is made of fine white porcelain with steel accents and a 34” cord for hanging from your favorite tree or pergola. I love the overall design as the curved roof provides safe harbor and shelter from the rain, leaving the bird seeds dry and tasty.

Available in a suspended version or as fixed version with a 56.5” ground stake, this wonderful, modern bird feeder makes a great present for your family, friends, children or yourself. Measures: 5.3”H x 8.7” Diameter.

Paris-based Drop architects, created the Drop House Project, where a modern home and a comfortable living space can be achieved in the form of a prefabricated shipping container.

This prefab container home consists of small units around a central area; the units expand the master volume by withdrawing as drawers, simulating the shape of a satellite.

The house is delivered all closed, by truck, while the extensions are implemented in the assembly. When not in use, it can also be kept closed and protected.
