The inspiration for this exercise came while attempting to help a family member hang some picture frames on the wall. As the elderly strive for their independence and capability there is a significant product opportunity gap in household power tools. This project was intended to address that gap, and encompassed a week of research and sketching.
If this project were to go further my next goal was to create a series of foam mock-ups and test them out on potential target end-users.
