Eco Factor: Low-emission hybrid vehicle for merchandise delivery.
Designed by industrial designer Guadalupe Ciocchini, the Triblade is an urban tricycle for merchandise delivery and transportation. The low-emission hybrid vehicle is developed for factories, postmen and other forms of transportation including the transport of administrative materials for important centers like airports and shopping malls.
The compact vehicle can also be used for security control in urban areas. The vehicle has an operating range of about 350km and has a top speed of 50kph. The Triblade includes the basic components to reduce its overall weight and better fuel efficiency. The entire vehicle is covered with a hull which can be used to carry cargo. Since the tricycle has to carry about 150kg of cargo, the tires not only support the structure but also the load.
