Driftwood Cut Pixels End Grain Flooring by Bleu Nature

At the frontier of eco design and slow design, Bleu Nature‘s driftwood flooring is created by the smooth evolution of objects and shapes over time. Twice a year the design studio combs the beaches of France in search of the perfect driftwood pieces for use in their projects. During the manufacturing process, driftwood pieces are positioned and glued by hand to plywood tile substrates. With inherent color variations and natural imperfections creating a time-worn character, each tile is made to order in a saw-cut or worn saw-cut finish.
