Blue Inks—- a new silkscreen printed book by Andy Smith

clip_image001

Blue Inks is a new silkscreen printed book by Andy Smith, which, as the name suggests, is all printed in shades of blue. It follows the daily exploits of a gang of colour specific creatures. When not chasing away their long standing enemies the yellows and the magentas, they can be seen killing flies, putting out volcanoes, and trying their hand at industrial gardening. Smith had inspiration for the project after over ordering some rather large pots of blue silkscreen ink, which just had to be used for something. All lovingly hand printed by the artist its available from his website for only £6 a copy.
