Philips Aurea Remote is cellphone-like but not just there

Complementing the aura of its shimmering Aurea display, Philips has tossed up a sleek and hi-tech accessory that looks more like a trendy teen gadget than a remote control. Breaking away from conventional controllers, the pod-style slider remote, when closed, seems to be an iPod, and when opened, it resembles a stylish sliding cellphone. The “Aurea Remote” features the power button at the top. Though we are short of technical info and functionality, the elegant design of the remote will definitely give the contemporary cellphones a run for their money.
