DXG is releasing a cool HD camcorder for active users which is dubbed as DXG-125V that could record 720p video with one touch of button. DXG-125V is a wonderful alternative to many of HD camcorder we’ve seen in the past. Cobby Snapp CAM5000, Samsung HMX U10, Kodak Zx1, to name a few. However all of them have the rugged case which is designed exclusively for outdoor usage and you can operate the device single handed.
“The DXG-125V is a break-out product in the HD camcorder space,” said DXG USA senior marketing VP Paul Goldberg, in a statement. “We are excited to bring such an exciting product to market at such an affordable price, making the quality, compact HD camcorder accessible to all outdoor enthusiasts.”
DXG-125V HD Camcorder have 128MB onboard memory, but you can expand it with SD card until reach 8GB mark. Using the storage, you can record 720p video at 30 fps for about 1-2 hours of recording, or you can take still images with its 3MP lens sensor which has been equipped with 2x digital zoom (unfortunately, no image stabilizer yet) and let you preview it at the 2-inch LCD display.
You will also found a HDMI output for HDTV footage, an earphone jack which allow you to turn this device into a MP3 Player and USB port for data transfer. According to Digital Trends, DXG-125V HD Camcorder has been available now with price tag of $139.99.
