Copenhagen Bike Share Competition
The City of Copenhagen has 1st of September 2009 announced an international design competition for a new bike-sharing concept for the city. The design competition is the first step towards Copenhagen implementing a new ‘Bycykel/City Bike’ in a couple of years. Deadline for receipt of competition entries, November 18. Assessment of competition entries. medio December, 2009. A total prize sum of up to 750,000 DKK [ca 100,000 euro]. First Prize 250,000 DKK [ca 33,000 euro]. Special Design Prize 50,000 DKK [ca 6,500 euro].
